Product Introduction:
The local program is operated by touch screen and controlled by PLC The measurement is set by the weighing sensor platform under the control of a microcomputer program. When filling, first remove the tare weight, and when injecting the material into the container, quickly fill it with a large amount of feed before slowly adjusting the filling with a small amount of feed; When working, it is only necessary to manually place the bucket into the power roller conveyor, which transports the bucket to the filling head. At this time, the program starts, and the filling nozzle automatically descends for filling. When the set filling amount is reached, the filling stops and the filling nozzle rises, completing the filling process; Then, the bucket filled with materials is transported by the power roller conveyor to the automatic capping under the capping head, completing one filling capping process.
Workflow:
Power on (set filling volume) - manually place the bucket onto the power roller - system automatically detects the bucket, filling head automatically inserts into the bucket - automatic peeling - self
