When filling, first remove the tare weight, and when injecting the material into the container, quickly fill it with a large amount of feed before slowly adjusting the filling with a small amount of feed; When working, it is only necessary to manually place the bucket into the power roller conveyor, which transports the bucket to the filling head. At this time, the program starts, and the filling nozzle automatically descends for filling. When the set filling amount is reached, the filling stops and the filling nozzle rises, completing the filling process; Then, the bucket filled with materials is transported by the power roller conveyor to the automatic capping under the capping head, completing one filling capping process.
